How do I register for ADX Melbourne?

You can register for ADX Melbourne on our registration page.

How much is entry to ADX?

Entry to ADX is free.

I’ve already registered for the exhibition. How do I add CPD or an event to my registration?

Go to the “Registration Login” page and fill in your details with the email address you registered with. Once logged in, you can update your registration.

Can I get CPD?

There are over 70 hours of CPD available across the three days of ADX Melbourne. Alongside the hands on workshops and Learning Labs program, there are numerous topics that will be covered to ensure you can further your professional development from a range of knowledgeable speakers. How much is CPD?

CPD day tickets are exceptional value, providing you with unlimited sessions for a whole day. You can attend 1, 2 or 3 days.

How do I get my CPD hours?

Follow the instructions in the CPD rooms to log your hours.

If you forget to log your hours, go to the CPD helpdesk and you can manually log your hours.

Where are the CPD help desk and the CPD rooms?

Once inside the hall turn to your right. The help desk is near the CPD rooms.

Where is the Learning Lab?

The Learning Lab can be found straight down the aisles to the back of the hall.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes. Free childcare is also provided at ADX Melbourne. It is open to children up to the age of 12, so that you can enjoy your ADX experience.

How do I get my kids into the childcare?

Free childcare is available for children up to the age of 12, with up to six places available per ADX registration. To register your children for childcare, add it to your registration when you sign up. If you’re already registered, go to the “Registration Login” page and fill in your details with the email address you registered with. Once logged in, you can update your registration. Follow the link in the login if you’ve forgotten your password.

Where is the free childcare?

The free childcare can be found in the Courtyard Rooms. The Courtyard Rooms can be found by turning left outside Door 10, on your right opposite the Eureka Rooms. There is also a parents’ room nearby.

How can I win the holiday?

One lucky ADX Melbourne attendee will walk away the winner of an exciting holiday each day. We will be giving away the holiday each day at 5:00pm.

To enter you must scan all four holiday QR codes located throughout the Exhibition. Terms and conditions apply.

Are there any social events?

Where is the Women In Dentistry breakfast?

The Women in Dentistry Breakfast will be held on Saturday, with doors opening at 7:45am for an 8:00am to 10:00am event in the Sovereign Room – Level 1 of the Exhibition Centre, entry up the stairs near Goldfields Café. Buy your tickets now.

Where are the cafes?

The Thryv café is located inside the hall to your left (Thryv is giving away free coffee vouchers at their stand!). There are also two cafes at the rear of the halls.

Where is the bag minding station?

The MCEC cloak room is located near the Goldfields Café & Bar, on your right down the hall from Door 9.

Where is a certain booth / exhibitor?

The ADX app has an interactive map of the ADX Melbourne floor, including instructions on how to find each exhibitor. Download from Google Play or from the Apple App Store.

How do I get the app?

The app can be downloaded from Google Play or from the Apple App Store.

Who do I contact regarding lost property?

All items found or handed into the centre are kept safe and logged by our security team. If you believe you have lost property at the centre, please call on +61 3 9235 8000 or head to an MCEC Information Desk.

Are there any First Aid rooms?

MCEC's main first aid room is located off the Convention Centre foyer, adjacent to the security control room. A smaller first aid room is located off the Exhibition Centre foyer. Please contact security for first aid assistance on +61 3 9235 8333.
